Well, I expected to have money come my way, but He sent the shoes instead. LOL! I may have felt guilty, as my husband was laid off, and not bought a brand that I like - so - God made sure that I got what I wanted!
During that same time our washing machine broke down. Before we started school, I told my daughter that I wanted to pray that God would get us a new washing machine.
The very next day my MIL called and first thing she said, "Do ya'll need a new washing machine."
I said, "WHAT?!!!!"
She got a little irritated and repeated herself. LOL!
She had washed a knee-high in her washer and they thought it was broken, went and bought a new one, hooked it up and used it. Later, my husband's father looked closer to see what was wrong with their washer. Too late to take the newest one back, so they called to see if we wanted it. I think God did that for me!
