As for Grace, I believe most there, at least the pastors, adhere to the mainstream Pentecostal
doctrine of subsequence that teaches that the baptism of the Holy Ghost is subsequent to being born of the Spirit (from above) through faith/repentance (conversion), or what is termed as regeneration. It is a gift of the Holy Ghost for empowerment and edification accompanied by tongues for the believer because of salvation (
Acts 1:8, 1 Corinthians 14:4). Hence, the term "real salvational" was used in my original statement. This was the soteriological and pneumatological position of turn of the century Apostolic Pentecostals also like Goss, Gurley, Yadon and others.
As for those that teach we are filled with the Holy Ghost after water baptism you might have to look at other non-Pentecostal groups.
