if not...then how is this any of your concern? the UPCI is a club of ministers and if they decide to pass goofy rules and then not enforce them...it is their problem & concern.

Is it not the concern of every member of the body of Christ when ministers do not keep their word? The question is not if they pass rules but not enforce them. The real question is why they are AFRAID to stand against these rules?
