In the context of human history, 19 is probably considered close to "old maid" age, but I understand what your saying. I remember being in my 20's and having those younger then me, who were married, treat me like a "youth who needs a chaperon" and how I "better keep at least 2 bible lengths between me and my date!"
It would infuriate me!
