No, I didn't. I said that their sexual orientation doesn't make them less able to parent. And yes, I know lots about fostering. I have several friends who are foster parents (they are all Christian folks too, but I don't know what you mean by having more hoops to jump through), and my own mother was a foster parent for over ten years.
And no, I'm NOT advocating for gay parents to be the norm. Not in any way.
