Re: 10.01.09-The End of Haneywood - D. Bernard New
I am a little late coming to this discussion. I think D. B. is a good choice he will represent the UPCI with dignity and intelligence. He has managed to run the political gauntlet well thus far. I will pray for him and his family-

The two positions are mutually exclusive. Bernard has been slick enough to cater to one side or the other, knowing that general ignorance within the UPC ministry and laity meant the chances of his being caught were remote.
It will be interesting to see if the cons will let him continue to get away with this.
The cons got their blood sacrifice with Haney.
Unfortunately with jackals, once the blood starts flowing their appetites are insatiable.
Bernard got what he wanted.
Sometimes we get what we think we always wanted; and find out it's the last thing we wanted.

Pretty much a slap in the face to the founders of WeDeclare.
They have been vocal in their circles with criticism of Rodney Shaw, Bernard's right hand man and associate pastor, as well as the Bernard backed meeting recently in at Pentecostal's of West Houston.
Shaw is calling for dialogue, the original declarers have opposed.

What kinda dialogue? Who were they talking to? Former UPC guys or trinitarian pentecostals?
