What was allowed 230 years ago or more makes no difference as to the laws of today. Carrying weapons in the streets was allowed 150 years ago but can you imagine the chaos and criminal activity that would take place if that were allowed today?
But I digress. I was born and raised here and that makes me just as much a Native American as anyone else.
And speaking of Native Americans, you'd be hard pressed to find one that's 100% Native anymore.
