The quoted article is more than ten and perhaps as many as fifteen years old.

The "claim that uncut hair is necessary to cast out demons in addition to the power of the Holy Ghost and the power and authority we have in the name of Jesus Christ" is only heretical if the "uncut hair" doctrine is untrue. If cutting the hair is an intentional act of disobedience to the Scriptures, and if the women who cuts her hair is living in open rebellion to God and His Word, then it follows logically that uncut hair is necessary to have the spiritual authority to cast out demons.

Unfortunately for the author making the claim, there is no empirical evidence that uncut hair is required to cast out demons.
