BishopH, in other words, AST has had the trappings of full accredition, but they themselves have not been put to the same academic rigor to make sure it's instructors, curriculum, testing, etc meet the standards. It's by way of relationship with Patten and now Hope. These colleges, in essence, are brokering out their accredition.
