Joel2 :28And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:
29And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit.
30And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke.
Genesis 1:2And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the
Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
How many Holy Spirits, Spirits of God are there?
Even trinitarians say there is just one.
Luke15For he shall be great in the sight of the Lord, and shall drink neither wine nor strong drink; and he
shall be filled with the Holy Ghost, even from his mother's womb.
Most Oneness can't discuss the Holy Ghost from Genesis onward. They just mention the Spirit beginning in Acts. Actually Pelthais says Genesis is loaded with falsehoods and error. (not to be taken litterally)
The signs of the baptism of the Holy Ghost is what changes in Acts.
Acts 1:16Men and brethren, this scripture must needs have been fulfilled, which the Holy Ghost by the mouth of David spake before concerning Judas, which was guide to them that took Jesus.

17And these

I see scriptures that indicates
signs of the indwelling of the Holy Ghost not seen before the Comforter returns. I won't accuse any one of false doctrine. I will make you think and ask you to consider some verses that many conveniently don't comment on.
