yeah, I been trying to lose the last 20 lbs for like a year to no avail, so now I"m going to try a new thing-no food that comes in a box or a bag, no sugar, no artificial sweetners, no oils except extra virgin olive oil, no "non fat" food, no so called "healthy" bred,cereal,bars, no margerine.
I"m only going to eat food that only lists one or two ingrediants on the label.
and before someone makes a smart remark i do workout nearly everyday

I do not believe that a bit of extra is all bad. However, it is when you are so big you can not fit through a barn door that you have problems. j/k

My family starts losing weight the day after tomorrow. That will mean that we are going to be working very hard. Pray for us as we overcome.

That is by far the healthiest way to eat. Also look into coconut oil and if you get a chance read Sally Fallon's Nourishing Traditions.

Paul did not exhort us to go seek a mental health Practicioner to help you. He did not say "now be REAL gentle about this you dont want to hurt someones itsy bitsy feelings".

Instead he warns Christ may DESTROY THEM in one day!

Friends if you believe the Apostle spoke the wisdom of God FLEE FORNICATION NOW.

We have an advocate with the Father even Jesus. If we cry out now, if we would judge ourselves we would not be judged.

If we believe the lie you have a long time to overcome we may wind up with a premature death or even worse cut off from Gods grace.

Michael, I see nothing wrong with your post.

Some of us were just meaning to communicate how much of a struggle it can be for some.

I do fall short of the glory of God and do sin I'm sure everyday but I do live a repented lifestyle.... I do not believe I would still have God's spirit in me if I was knowingly living in sin...... And btw being angry is not a sin..
