Ok, so I understand how to quote multiple posts. But I'm still lost as to splicing up a quote. You see, what I want to do is take an EB quote and splice it up into so many parts it would take him 90 minutes to read it and at certain points, splice it up word by word. I currently splice up quotes by using red font, but I wanna do this the correct way and out-annoy the annoying posters!

And that's what I told you how to do.
You, yourself, have the type the [/quote ] at the end of each part you want to respond to. Type your response, then type [quote ] at the beginning of the next part you want to respond to, and type [/quote ] at the end of that passage, and type your next response.
I'm making it my mission in life to teach you how to do this.

The brackets [ ] issue a command. What you put inside those brackets tells the program what to do with what you've typed. So if you put quote inside those brackets, it will quote the next words you type.... until you tell it to stop quoting. You tell it to stop quoting by putting /quote inside the brackets.
So whichever words are between [quote ] and [/quote] will appear as a quote.

Yeah! Takes a little work.
One tip, though, if you're going to chop up a long passage, "copy" the phrase [quote ], and then you can just paste it in. And when you're wanting to end the quote, all you have to do it paste it in, and then type in the /.
