This is something we face in Africa all the time. When a person gets saved, you cannot force them to get rid of their other wives and only keep the first one, because those other wives have no means of support for them and their many children. I know the UPC group usually tells the man to keep the wives (in name only) and support them, but to only have marital relations with the first wife. That's probably the best answer I've heard.
