yes, thank God. It should be obvious that in order to "preach" Christ one should be able to demonstrate that they understand Him; but this is of course not a requirement in Christianity. And so we find that "understanding" is defined as "verbally agreeing," a "pastor" presenting his Christian bona-fides for inspection. When you find yourself in hypocrisy, is it not better to do something--anything--different, rather than what one has been doing?
The difference may be as simple as the difference in "preach" and "show," but i am not here to dispute anyone's interpretation of Scripture. I have a lexicon; and i have common sense, that tells me which interpretation is self-serving, and which is not.
If we take your interpretation, then i am bound to point out to you that you are lost and going to hell, if you do not change your ways and heed what i am preaching to you. And i can demonstrate this with Scripture. So either you want to come to a saving knowledge of Christ, or you do not, Mike. The choice is up to you.
