The way I believe NT tithing is that it is not based on Levitical Law, but given in honor as God has prospered a believer. Established by Abraham and Jacob, under the Melchisedec Order, not the Levitical Priesthood, given and not paid.

HRea, doesn't Jacob's statement contradict tithing? Jacob's attitude was "if you bless me, then I'll give."
