Newt Gingrich

Is it me or did it not take much time at all for Perry to prove he's not very bright? lol

The most anyone can really have against Gingrich is that he was into the ladies. The rest is political fodder and opinion. America knows that Newt sowed his oats. And in spite of all of that Newt is still a very popular political figure. I call it the "Clinton Effect". Newt will defend conservative values, conservative philosophy, and be a strong international leader who is tough on our enemies... but he will not do it with the hypocrisy of a "moralist image". He's a sinner, like the rest of us... but he wants to make a positive difference for our nation... and he's very capable of doing so. I liken him to David. A man who was a great leader... perhaps the greatest... a man who was a man of faith, a man after God's own heart... but given to normal human weaknesses.

I would stand proudly by Gingrich any day.
