First is the "don’t be unequally yoked" line. I suspect that is the one you are thinking of. And you are right. to finish that it says "with unbelievers" and it doesn’t just mean in marriage.
The second are the numerous examples of the sons of Israel marrying gentile women. God frowned on it. But again, this is a misappropriation. Israel is a type and shadow of the church. It is again the attachment that draws a believer away to false gods.
Third is a totally stupid interpretation of the events surrounding Noah getting drunk and exactly who saw him in that drunken state. The racists try to suggest that God cursed the progenitors of the black races from that event. Its balderdash on its best day.
There is only one scripture that matters
Galations 3:
27For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.
28There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.
29And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise

God only frowned on it when the wife was not a Jewish Proselyte (convert). Look at Boaz and Ruth. Ruth was a Moabite, but she said, Your God will be My God, and Your People, My People. God approved of that, and bore his Son out of that Blood Line. Hmm the blood line of Faith?
He did how ever frown upon marrying the "Unconverted".
