i think when it comes to morals there is good people (that we consider good) who can do well raising their kids up in a decent way to be acceptable to the world.

But i personaly say those who believe in the bible can be greater parents. cause they can lay the foundation of Christology in their life, and start helping them to understand the bible.

so yes there can be good parents who dont believe in the bible, but a greater parent who beleives in the Bible teaches their kids things of the bible for eternal salvation..
