If you look at it realistically, I do believe she should be charged with at least manslaughter. Maybe neglegent homicide. But the one performing underground abortions should be charged with murder.

You can't grandfather "murder"... there isn't a statute of limitations for "murder". And by "grandfathering" murder, you've just devalued human life.
