Sprinkled throughout are some real people with genuinely good idea's for being prepared. One family happens to live just a few miles from us in Tempe and was featured on season 1. They converted their outdoor swimming pool into a Tilapia pond and between a garden, small flock of chickens, and the fish, can literally provide for 98-99% of their own food, all from a very small backyard.
