No one has ever said a woman cannot be used in the gifts. But this has been mentioned already. There is truly nothing new under the sun. As mentioned before everyone can operate in the gifts of the Spirit and I would challenge us all to be in a place where God can use us. But the Bible is clear, the Bishop is a man.

Correction: a bishop is a married man. According to your application of this text, there cannot be unmarried men as pastors, evangelists, teachers, apostles, or prophets. Please start preaching this requirement with the rest of the misapplied restrictions you would place on Holy Ghost filled people that God chooses to use for His purpose to fulfill the Great Commission.
