Again, you keep referencing the qualifications of a bishop (which is an administrative/ executive office, responsible for the well being of a group of people), and then applying the qualifications that support your opinion, in a way that supports your opinion, to the five fold ministry. Since you are leveraging the 'husband of one wife' as supposed proof that only men can preach, then you must be honest and apply the whole of that qualification, because not all mem are the husband of one wife. that phrase is not secret code for "male or man", that is clearly defining married man. Thus, to be scripturally honest, you must teach that unmarried men are also excluded from the five fold ministry.
I could respect that application because it would be honest, even though I believe the premise to be incorrect. Unfortunately, it seems to be a basic technique of some preachers to simply cherry pick what looks like it supports their pet beliefs and then say, "Bless God, this is how it is because I am the man of God!"
I don't buy it, won't buy it, it is not sound doctrine.
