1Ti 5:17.. ..Let
the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honour, especially they who labour in the word and doctrine. (Not one Biblical qualification for a female Eldress)

Remember them which have the rule over you, who have spoken unto you the word of God: whose faith follow, considering the end of their conversation.
Heb 13:17..

Tit 2:15.. ..These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no man despise thee.
The one who rules in the home was also to likewise be over the church
1Ti 3:4.. ..One that ruleth well his own house, having his children in subjection with all gravity;
1Ti 3:5.. ..(For if a man know not how to rule his own house, how shall he take care of the church of God?)
I never said Paul insinuated his authority was equal to God's word (you are putting words into my mouth). God's calling and His Word is what gives a MAN of God his authority.
