Who said I blame Obama for what goes on in Europe? Didn't I say that we should have pulled out of Europe after the cold war ended? But I do not agree with your comparison about Obama and Paul. Paul would gradually pull out and cut deals along the way to keep Russia out of our hemisphere. Obama has weakened America economically to the point that our enemies know they can do anything they want in any hemisphere and that we are not able to do anything militarily even if we wanted to. He does not even try to bargain from a position of strength. He gives away any trump cards we might have. Paul would not do that. But I say Obama has done this intentionally. A weakened America is something he's dreamed of all his life.

The Ukraine is a very strategic region. Are the Russians moving in as a "peace keeping" force (as we'd claim if we invaded)? Or are they simply acting in their country's best interests? Remember, we've invaded countries too.

I think the United States should mind its own business. If somebody invades Canada or Mexico then we should consider military action. Everybody should worry about their own continent. If somebody is going to jump in and help the Ukraine it should be the EU. Their own neighbors should get involved if they ask for help.
I applaud anyone who stops the United States intervention in world affairs. Regardless of party of affiliation.

Everybody always brings up WW2. 500 years from now we will be attacking somebody because it was the right thing to do in WW2.
Today we don't try to win wars. Didn't win Vietnam. Didn't win Iraq. Didn't win Afghanistan. We are just feeding the Military Industrial Complex. Politicians and Fat Cats are getting richer while we do nothing to fix the problem.
Before someone accuses me of not knowing what I'm talking about. I have friends who have been to Iraq and Afghanistan. I was in Afghanistan in 2011 and 2012. The media and government do not tell you what is really going on.
