Okay, so he claims the intent was not to deceive...
I'm still trying to wrap my head around
what he was actually attempting when he posted a picture simply labeled "service" in a discussion about his ministry at the UN and allowed that picture and caption to be the only photo on his social media account for weeks or months related to his services at the UN.
Maybe you can help here because I can't understand
what he could have been attempting by not originally being upfront about that picture not being of his service?
