See, here is another issue that I have. This whole 'grace vs. law' argument is one of the things that I think so many have wrong. They take a 'I preach grace' attitude as though those who preach standards are still 'under' the 'law'. Nothing could be further from the truth.
First of all, 'the grace of God' - according to scripture - teaches us to deny worldliness. So, thus, nobody can claim 'grace' until they take a stand against worldliness. Until then nobody can truly claim a 'grace'.
But the key reason that I find a breach of Godly understanding is this whole 'grace vs. law' mentality. We have access to the grace of God but that doesn't remotely come close to eliminating the fact that God does still have some established laws. To infer that just because we have grace that it means it doesn't coexist with the established laws of God is to even cast out the 10 commandments as 'outdated'.
Nothing could be further than the truth. Grace DOES coexist with certain laws. We were released from the 'curse' of the Law but NOT the 'principles' of the Law.
