I also had nose surgery... considered cosmetic. I was hit by a drunk driver 4 days after I got my drivers license. It threw my car 100 ft into a parking lot and tore up my face. The only way for me to breathe out of my nose again would be to have nose surgery and restructure my nose... so yep.. I have and I would do it again in a heartbeat...

I also had maxifacial surgery - - open bite and my teeth were starting to turn inward so that I couldn't chew. My top jaw was crooked, so they straightened it, brought my bottom jaw line out more to match and now I don't have an open bite. Broke my jaw in four places and wired shut for six weeks (lost 20 lbs). Also, deviated septum that they corrected for my sinuses which made the bump on my nose (from a break) smaller.
I also had another medical cosmetic surgery to help my shoulders and back - that's as far as I'm going on that one.
None of mine were for vain or beauty reasons..........
