Trust, Obedience, and Commitment

I learned from my mother that the answer is not outside of me.

Once I was going through a severe trial. Financially, I was about to lose all. I felt that I my wife didn't love me. I felt rejected. I felt rejected by the church where I attended at the time because the Pastor seemed to want to destroy me. It appeared that I was at the end of my rope.

My mother had been praying and fasting for me. Then she gave me the answer that God had spoke to her: "The answer is within him." It seemed that the light went on. I had a ephiphany. I had an awakening. Instantly. Pow!

Of course THAT is the answer. God lives in me. All that God is and has for me is within me. I looked in the mirror and it seemed that I had been born again, again. Almost immediately, I began to snap out of it.

Hope this means something to you Rhoni. You are a sweet lady whom I have grown to love and appreciate. You are special to me and many other people too. You are more than you give yourself credit for.

Set your eyes on the PRIZE. Set your eyes on the end of your journey. See yourself getting there victoriously. I have learned the power of renewing the MIND. It must be renewed.
