Matter of fact, there have been several churches that I've attended that I've known someone on the platform that your scripture would apply to. However, because of who they are or who they know it's brushed under the rug.

I don't know about the States but up here in our Church, that wouldn't fly.
As for Church function or not, I didn't see anything in Paul's admonition to not keep company "Period" with those that may do such things.
Like I said, I only posted it because it is scripture after all and maybe you may understand why some may have a problem there and that they are not being Pharisees after all.
