Just reading through her website now. Sounds very interesting - thanks for providing the link.

In what ways have you modified your diet, ILG?

I looked up her diabetes counseling session, and there isn't much left to eat after she is finished listing what NOT to eat!

Although I am sure that if any diabetic followed her plan, they would definitely lose weight, which couldn't be a bad thing...
