Duh... Of course Jeremiah etc. did not rebuke Hulda from operating in the gift of the Spirit. A donkey did this once as well. Are we therefore to conclude that we should go to the zoo to hear a word from God? It's the same logic.
No one has ever said a woman cannot be used in the gifts. But this has been mentioned already. There is truly nothing new under the sun. As mentioned before everyone can operate in the gifts of the Spirit and I would challenge us all to be in a place where God can use us. But the Bible is clear, the Bishop is a man.
