I suppose that not all WPF churches are going to be the same. However, I know of a pastor who taught that the only time his saints were to have anything to do with sinners was during outreach. Otherwise you did not have any more to do with them than necessary. I have never understood how you have revival with that type of an attitude. Sadly his grandson, my cousin, is not in the church today, and it is largely due to that type of an attitude about many things.
You sound like you belong to a fairly conservative congregation though. How is it that this church does not feel like yours no longer preaches the truth?
