Bad behavior starts with an inward decision that it's acceptable. I'm not talking about having involuntary thoughts and responses and then bringing them under control. That's fine--and admirable. If, instead of squashing those thoughts, you then decide that it's okay to act accordingly because the woman in front of you isn't respectable, then that is giving yourself internal permission to behave badly.

Kind of like a church leader doing a double take at a young girl walking out of Wal Mart in short shorts. And being kind of flirty with the young women in the church. And thinking nobody noticed. He was just considered "friendly" by some.
