Unless, IMO, you are continually in touch with God, I don't know how you can recover from hurt emanating from the church. And when you claim to be Conservative, like the Republican party does, you get the most scrutiny. |
That was the one thing we always remembered that God would leave us nor forsake us and that man is the author and finisher of hurt.
I guess it was not even the hurt because people hurt people, it was the being singled out in front of the entire congregation and the amount of cult like control that was placed upon our lives.
It was as if we were play things for leadership. We were the bad ones
