I just got back from the campmeeting, and thought I would get online and see if anyone would be giving a report. WOW! Did they ever!

Yes, Bro Strange, it was different.....there were changes.

First of all, it started on Tuesday night instead of Sunday. There wasn't nearly the amount of singing that we usually had.....didn't even have a choir singing Friday night, which is a first, I think. The preliminaries were cut short. Just wonderful, wonderful teaching and preaching.

Chanting? Sounds of dogs barking, horses neighing? I think I read that on the other thread. I didn't hear any of that, although with around eight thousand people in attendance, you do get some 'strange' people.

I find it strange that someone would zero in on someone receiving the offering, instead of commenting on all the good things we heard and felt.

I also find it strange that someone would go and buy a black shirt to wear to a service where the music seems to be demonic.......???

Well, obviously you're just a young whippersnapper that doesn't have the amount of spiritual discernment as the elder does to know things were different . . . and not in a good way!
