It seems easy to understand from your vagueness then that your relationship is not a face to face relationship. If you're willing to rely on that to put someone on your church board and handle your IRS and personnel issues then more power to ya.
I need to know someone quite a bit better than that before I would relinquish important duties regarding the welfare of the church I pastor.
