Hmmm, then I guess the Holy Spirit was just kiddin' when It inspired Isaiah to speak out against them [Is. 3...spare me the 'purses/turbans' argument]. And, poor ol' Paul, what was he thinking when he imperatively instructed the NT church, "not with gold JEWELRY.....".
