For Wandy Rayne

Randy,

I watched a "prepper" show here a while back. Some of those people are nuts! But anyway, I've decided I must be a mild form of prepper. I am not waiting for a cataclysmic earthquake or anything like that but, given the financial system, and looking forward to the uncertain future of all things financial, I guess I try to be a bit of a financial prepper in my own way. The first way that that comes out is in my husband and I trying to build a couple of businesses. We find the working world to be very demanding and stressful and it would be nice to work for ourselves as long as the income is there. And it looks like it can be if we do this right. There is no true SAFE route......only safer or less safe ones.

So, what are your preppeing inclincations and why?

And for the rest of you, what are you doing to prepare for the future? Anything? Are you just doing 401K and hoping for the best? Or anything else?
