Again either you're playing dumb or I simply cannot articulate a point. I never said Jesus rebuked the Pharisees for tithing. He rebuked them for tithing while ignoring weightier matters of the LAW. I didn't make anything up.
Jesus spoke to the Pharisee on both occasions before the church was born.
Do we not accept his words of encouragement in one context and do away with the other?
