Not as bad as a hanky stompin hissy fit, but a hissy fit nonetheless.
To express displeasure, to me, would have been to say "I don't like that joke about drowning pelosi, I don't think it's funny." and left it there.
Now, it's perfectly within your rights to pitch a hissy fit, even a hanky stompin, denture loosin, cry to mamma, hissy fit, should you have chosen so.
Just as its acceptable for me to point out your hissy fit and ask questions about it.
I will say that from this brief encounter with you, You have convinced me that my first knee jerk impression of you was wrong. That makes me glad I asked questions first.
Apparently, you are not the politically driven, angry, fault finding, person with a double standard that at first I was wondering about.
Maybe you just have a very different sense of humor, or very little sense of humor. Maybe you are just a very serious person who does not enjoy most humor and cast the appearance of a slightly abrasive character?
I don't know, but I'm glad I looked deeper. I guess further interaction will help me learn even more.

MeBNme,
I stated in a post earlier that I knew what you were getting at and said you were dropping insinuations. You responded by saying, "For you to be so quick to assume the negative does however make me wonder about your spirit in this matter."
But here in this post, you say that you wondered about my being a "politically driven, angry, fault finding, person with a double standard".
It seems to me that my original suspicions of you dropping insinuations may have been correct, no?
But regardless, although my political leanings tend to be conservative, I would never put a political opinion between a person and the cross. I'm afraid that too often, the Christian Community is more concerned about "Making Republicans" than "Making Disciples."
